The American Filipino entrepreneur, Mohamed Geraldez, speaks candidly to podcast host Remona Aly about his autobiographical book, “To God Through Money”. Mohamed grew up in California and chased a childhood pursuit of candy, music and money. Challenged with questions of belonging while hanging out with Hispanic, Black and Asian friends, Mohamed searched for faith after meeting his first Muslim at university. He left his surroundings of parties, guns, and gang violence to study Islam in the Saharan desert and the Middle East, yet his entrepreneurial spirit never left him. Now, as a self-styled ‘business nomad’, Mohamed Geraldez explains how his fascinating route to God has come about through money.
